Brad Stephens first attended the University of Georgia after graduating from Cass High School. He earned a degree in Advertising and was a guest columnist for the university's Red and Black newspaper. In 2006, Brad earned his law degree at the Cumberland School of Law. Soon, he started practicing criminal defense and family law with a small firm in Athens, GA. In 2008, he moved to Cartersville and practiced bankruptcy law with another firm until 2012. Brad then moved to New York City to work in appellate litigation with a consulting firm.
Brad formed his own practice, the Law Office of Brad Stephens, P.C., in 2015 after moving back to Cartersville. With diverse legal experience and a wealth of knowledge, he offers clients across northwest Georgia a unique experience.
